Samuli Pahkala Appointed CEO of Sintrol Oy

Samuli Pahkala has been appointed CEO of Sintrol Oy, effective April 1, 2026.

Samuli joined Sintrol in 2022 as Development Manager and has since played a key role in developing the company’s internal processes and operational activities. Prior to joining Sintrol, Samuli worked at companies including Vaisala, Konecranes, and Sofigate, where he gained extensive experience in process and quality development as well as demanding business development projects. Samuli has served as CEO of Vaisala’s Japanese subsidiary and held leadership roles in numerous IT, ERP, and CRM projects. In addition to his strong expertise in processes and digitalization, Samuli possesses significant HR expertise, particularly in developing employee well-being and performance.

Under Samuli’s leadership, Sintrol will continue to implement its growth strategy. His deep understanding of the company’s operations and his ability to build high-performing teams will support the company’s competitiveness and long-term development.
